Shipping Info

We offer free shipping on ALL U.S.A. orders $30 and up. 

Most of our items usually ship out within 24 hours, however some items are custom made and may take up to 2 weeks to ship out. If you are ordering an item that is made to order, the product description will indicate that this item will need additional processing time.

When we do ship your items, it is usually through USPS and sometimes UPS or Fed Ex. We do ship to PO boxes and we ship to any and all states in the good ole USA. (including Hawaii and Alaska). Most items are delivered within 1 week of being shipped.

We make every effort to have your dog collar, leash, bow tie, neck tie, and dog bed sent out as soon as possible. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to drop us a line on our Contact Us page!

International Shipping

We now offer international shipping!  However, this is a separate shipping charge based on the order amount.  Please refer to the shipping chart under Shipping.  You are responsible for all taxes charged.
